NeuroInformatics.NL will be hosting the 2014 neuroinformatics congress in Leiden.
This year the same congress is in Stockholm, August 27-29, and we'd like to stimulate the participation of Dutch researchers by issuing a small poster prize: you get a free banquet ticket (value 50 euro) if you are among the first 6 submitted posters/demos (measured by INCF confirmation email). The deadline for submitting posters/demos is April 29th. The additional rules are:
. presenting author must be a master student, PhD or postdoc and have a primary affiliation in The Netherlands
. coauthors should not be among the NeuroInformatics.NL coordinators
. posters must pass the INCF review process
. tickets cannot be exchanged for money
. you give us permission to publish the submitted posters on our website, during and after the congress
